The course covers the Command upgrade CRM elements to equip the participants with the CRM knowledge and skills for the additional responsibilities that come with the move to the left-hand seat.

Additional operator specific scenarios, procedure’s familiarisation, operations (flight safety, ground ops, flight ops, security, crewing and operations etc) and operator expectations of their Captains should also be covered during the upgrade programme.
